Wheel balancing aims to make sure that the weight of the wheel and tyre is spread evenly around the axle. If your wheels are out of balance, you might notice:

• Uneven wear on the tyres
• Vibration when driving in certain speed ranges. There may be a bumpy range in town, and then it’s fine above a given speed until you’re above 65mph or so, when it gets bumpy again.
